Visited for Father's Cataract Surgery – Excellent Experience I visited Narayana Nethralaya, Whitefield in April 2025 for my father's cataract surgery, and I had a very positive experience. Facility: The hospital is newly built, well-planned, and exceptionally clean. It's aesthetically designed and conveniently located right next to the Seetharampalya metro station, with ample parking available. They have comprehensive in-house eye testing facilities — my father underwent around 15 tests before and after the surgery, all efficiently managed. Doctor: We consulted Dr. Harsha for the pre-surgery, surgery day, and post-surgery follow-ups. He is highly knowledgeable and patiently addressed all our important queries. The consultation fee was charged only once, and everything else was included in the package. Insurance & Fees: There are multiple packages depending on the lens type and brand. We chose the ₹32,000 package. The insurance process was smooth and hassle-free thanks to the excellent support from Keerthi and Nitin, who helped us get a 100% cashless claim. Since the Whitefield branch is relatively new, we opted for the Indiranagar branch for the actual surgery, and the experience there was seamless as well. Staff: The staff at the Whitefield branch truly stand out. They are multilingual, courteous, and extremely supportive. My father was very happy with the care he received. In fact, we found the service here even better than the Indiranagar branch. Overall, I highly recommend this facility for eye care and surgery.

This is how every hospital should be managed and should be treating patients. Once we entered to the Hospital, the PRO S Nagarajan was standing to welcome the patients and he helped to get my son and mother registered in hospital and that was quick. They have dedicated desks for everyone test and plenty of staff to manage things so well with a smile on face. Since My mother is not so comfortable in any other language than Hindi, both doctors, supporting staff, pharmacy person and doctors testing eyes all were speaking in english and hindi both languages which made my mother more comfortable in this hospital. Dr Harsha and Dr Muthumeena both diagnosed and explained things so well. I FEEL EVERY HOSPITAL IN OUR NATION SHOULD BE MANAGED IN THIS PROFESSIONALISM. thank you so much NN team for making this so ease for me. Dhanyawada ??

I underwent lenticule surgery for refractive error (SILK) from Dr. Harsha Nagaraja. The surgery was smooth and the recovery was quick. I did get my 100% of vision back after a month but 75-80% came within two days. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some doubts regarding the recovery post surgery, however, doctor and the staff dealt with me patiently and explained me the recovery process. I am posting this after 1.5 months of recovery. Good hospital and highly recommended.

The hospital is very clean, calm, and well organized with v less waiting time. I was treated by Dr. Harsha Nagaraja, who is very professional and caring. The staff are friendly and well-trained, and I also noticed how smoothly they take care of wheelchair patients. My counselor, Nayan, was very good and guided me nicely, and the OT staff made the surgery experience very comfortable. Overall, it’s definitely one of the best places for eye care and surgery.

Initially we are hesitant later doctor and staff gave us the enough confidence and support all related to the surgery. She had it on Saturday, helped illy she will recover and her vision is normal. This happens to be my first visit to the Whitefield facility. The experience was really magical. Registration was done in no time and the Floor Manager ( Sri. Nagaraj) was very helpful. Immediately, eye testing was done and consultation with Dr. Harsha Nagaraj got completed soon and glasses were prescribed. Every activity happened in quick succession and I am immensely pleased with their service and the facilities provided.

I have visited many hospitals before but didnt get good service but after coming to narayana whitefield shown to dr harsha nagaraj, we got very good service and very happy with service provided. We recomend this hospital to all. Hospital is so near we didnt get to know bfr so pls put board outside to roads so we will come to know. Doctor and staffs are very good with their service. I underwent silk surgery in narayana nethralaya and operated by Dr Harsha and it was a great experience,can see with 6/6 vision from day 2 and there is overall vision improvement.It is latest silk machine being used.Would recommend if you are planning to go for specs removal.Hospital is very well maintained,neat and clean and staff are also very helpful and supportive.
