One dedicated staff member to greet and direct people is a huge help, comfort factor and time saver especially for first timers like me. Everything went like clockwork. Well organized. Well equipped, Hygienic, Pleasant environment, well lit, calm music, spacious lounge, plenty of visual aids to educate people about eye ailments, qualifications of surgeons, procedures available etc. Best of all, everyone starting from counter attendant to the surgeon were very kind. I am very satisfied with the way Doctor Narendra K P treated my father, and how he took extra efforts to make him feel comfortable and informed. Doctor Narendra KP has successfully performed cataract surgery for my father despite many complications in this case. Grateful to everyone involved with this institution. Update 2020: I have revisited Narayana nethralaya bannerghatta road branch multiple times now for my father's and mother's cataract surgeries. The place, people and service is top notch as ever. Grateful to Surgeon Doctor Narendra KP, all the doctors, counselors and the battalion of diagnostic staff and reception staff all of whom went the extra mile to keep us comfortable, feeling safe and made us feel that our time was valued as much as theirs. The visit was very fruitful. We met Dr. Chaitra D Aroor who very patiently explained the diagnosis of my mother. Thank you Doctor & Narayana Netralaya for the experience. Subsequently last month (Oct 2024), my mother underwent contract operation in her right eye under the leadership of Dr. Narendra K P & team. The whole process was a smooth affair (very well defined and executed). The counsellors do a great job of educating the patient & family on what needs to be done before the surgery which helps us prepare ourselves for the surgery. The support staff is a group of well coordinated team who clear all your doubt. One of the best things that I liked is the pre & post operative medications prescription which is so clearly documented that anyone will be able to comprehend it. Kudos for designing it that way. Even the post surgery consultation were very friendly & fruitful. Dr. Narendra K P is a very patient doctor and my mother was very impressed with his friendly demeanour. Thank you Doctor. After checking with couple of eye hospitals, finalized this for my mother cataract surgery for their honest opinion about the current status of the eye. Dr. Narendra truly helped my mother in understanding the eyes issue and supported all the way pre and post surgery . She felt secured and comforted. Initially, another eye hospital estimated 1.5 lakh for eye surgery for both eyes. After getting second opinion from Dr. Narendra, we understood the situation and had surgery for only problematic eye and it went well under 60k overall including all tests and surgery costs. All staffs are friendly and were supportive in all visits. Thank you for making a positive impact on my mother and providing a healthy and positive experience in this difficult times.

A State of art hospital!! Big thumbs up for Narayana team, I consulted Dr.Narendra for my father and believe me I got best advise for my dad. As daughter I was worried when I got to know that my father has cataract, went to consult Dr.Narendra for second opinion as previous doctor suggested for cataract surgery, and I was worried because of his general health issues so went to Narayana, we were attended immediately with zero waiting time.Entire team was so co-operative and even were talking in preferred language of patient, really got the best consultation possible where all our doubts were cleared and my dad was so comfortable during entire time. Definitely 5stars for entire team especially Dr.Narendra.

I visited Dr Narendra KP at Narayana Nethralaya Bannerghata Road for my mother’s cataract surgery. I experienced the best in class treatment and found Narendra sir and his staff to be very helpful through out the treatment including post operative check ups. Most importantly have never seen such a calm, humble and caring person like Narendra sir. A person who believes in his skill sets and knowledge to perform surgery and not based on the price of the lens. He never prescribes unnecessary medication and NOT AT ALL money minded. H-5061371 : Excellent service, it's more than my expectations. Visited Dr.Subhash for my detached retina and was operated on 6th. Nov subsequently Catract surgery was done on 14th. Feb. by Dr. Narendra on the same eye. Special care taken while going for Catract surgery. I am greatful to Dr. Subhash as well Dr. Narendra for doing an excellent job beyond my expectations and explained me the post surgery details. I am thankful to Dr.Subhash for his well guidance for getting back my eye sightthrough his neat hand of ratina surgery. Also I M greatful to all supporting staff of NN-4. My father in law was treated by Dr Narendra KP for cataract surgery. We are highly greatful to him and we are very much relieved, as the cataract operated was thick enough and other doctors were thinking to for manual operation, but Mr Narendra gave us lot of confidence and did a laser surgery. Narayana Nethralaya has a great system to coordinate the patients as you don’t have to worry where to go for tests, as their system takes care of everything and you just have to follow whatever they say. Staff is very much helpful n they respect you well. Very important thing I like is they talk to you in local language that is Kannada. Thanks Dr Narendra an Narayana Nethralaya!!

One of the best hospitals for cataract and other eye related problems. Staffs are very polite. Everything is done here systematically. My father got his cataract operation done here. Dr. Narendra KP operated him, he is the best in his profession, he listens humbly and gives right advice and treatment. For my mother he examined thoroughly and suggested "No Need of cataract operation, eyes are pretty healthy and there won't be any change if cataract done ( she was suggested for cataract operation by other doctors ). ThankYou for everything I would definitely suggest NARAYANA NETHRALAYA .

I got my mother in law aged 80 years operated for cataract a few months back. The operation was done nicely. All the staff and doctors were quite courteous and helpful. After our first experience I brought my sister from yeshvantpur and got her operated for contract for the second eye. She is having a better clear vision. We are very much impressed by the treatment and helpful nature of doctor and other staff. On 15-Nov-2019, my mother got operated by Dr Narendra KP for cataract. The services are excellent all supporting staff are kind enough and supportive. Hospital environment is hygienic. Insurance department employee told me that I can send my mother home after the post operation procedure even before clearing the billing and suggested me to stay back and finish the billing rather than waiting along with my mom in the hospital, which I felt very good. In my mother case I am 100% happy and satisfied.

We have come here for my dad's first cataract surgery by doctor Narendra KP, had really nice experience the procedure from check up till surgery and finally follow up was amazingly smooth and well informed to us. Really very happy and satisfied by the courteous staff as well as the doctor. Even the insurance claim process was almost paperless and they are okay to take the documents through mail. I highly recommend this for anyone doubtful about where to go for cataract surgery for their parents.

The cataract operation of my wife Renu Keshri was done with due care and diligence by Dr. Narendra K.P. The operation was done successfully on 17-02-2020. My wife was very much afraid but after operation she also appreciated the good behaviour of entire Hospital team particularly Dr. K.P. Treatment was awesome……my mom’s catract was done by Dr.Narendra KP. Right from entering into the hospital till the coming out after the last check-up……u can feel the positivity…..one of safest hands that u can trust…..we stay in Kr Puram…and this hospital is at the other end of Bengaluru….it’s worth all the way TRAVELLING from there in this traffic…..THE BEST TREATMENT, THE BEST HOSPITAL FOR EYE…..THE BEST DR.NARENDRA KP. Worth giving this big review which I have not done so far.

My father was having problem in his right eye, we went to NN Bennarghata road branch, we got to know that he has to undergo cataract surgery, We meet surgeon Dr Narandra KP, the best part was we didn’t feel we are in a hospital. Staffs are very homely from receptionists to surgeon, from 1st day to completion of surgery. Special thanks to Dr Narendra K. P, who made my 76 father confident for surgery. I will not be prolix just simply seen the God physically. I highly recommend NN.

My father was diagnosed with glaucoma and cataract earlier in native. we wanted to have a second opinion. Dr. Narendra was very good with diagnosis and e was calm and explained the present situation and didn't recommend the cataract as it was in primary stage, though I had insurence covered. Went to get the cataract surgery done of a relative. Helpful staff and Dr. Nerendra KP is great at what he does. But always a little busy though. Overall nice experience. Only con I can think of is that not all counselling staff are knowledgeable and may provide you some wrong info by mistake. So consult your assigned doctor even for small doubts or confusion about your surgery.
