Recently, I underwent cataract surgeries, I had a profound experience of an excellent and eminently professional touch of the Doctors and the hospital staff. They were polite, gentle, pleasant and at ease in attending to patients. A very special mention and a word of compliment to Dr Collin Nazareth and Dr Prashanth. I strongly recommend Narayana Nethralaya, Castle Street, Ashok Nagar for ones complete eye care.

It was a commendable.job by Dr Prashanth at Narayana Nethralaya Ashok Nagar who performed cataract surgery in my both eyes recently. I experienced good level of comfort during the surgery. I am happy with the outcome of the surgery that resulted in significant improvement in my vision Procedures went well despite the fact that I am a diabetic for 40 years and had undergone laser treatment on few occasions. Dr Ptashanth is dedicated experienced and was helpful in guiding me with right choice of procedures and lenses best duited to me.His well versed team of support made me feel at ease..The rest is now in my hands to maintain the improvement in vision. The hospital has a professionally managed counselling desk as also an efficient corporate desk to.help and guide the patients. The hospital also has experienced personnel running with the daily chores.

My name is Daniel . I am a foreign person that came to the hospital Narayana on August 2021 for an emergency surgery due to retina with several holes that you can see on the picture . I can tell you that the hospital is excellent , clean , super fast , kindly people and very professional . That time Dr Prathibha Hande made one retina surgery and she made a very professional work .she is amazing doctor , always taking care of me and advising all the medications after the operation plus the following up of my eye and vision improving progress . That moment she put an oil inside the eye to protect the retina during the healing process. Again I needed a second operation that was performed last january 2022 to remove the oli and inject a gas. This second operation was realized by Dr Prathibha as well with the same performance and professionally . Now my vision is starting to recovery step by step until the Burble get absorbed and new power glasses make. I am very happy with the progress ,I konw it will take time . I come back to my country now and even from the last moment Dr Prathibha was helping and pending for my status and progress . I will continue visiting India and of course checking my eye in the hospital . I recommended 100 %.all the best

This is a best place for cataract surgery friendly doctors nd staffs...gud infrastructure...gud maintenance...last month 30th Nov 2020 my dad went with an left eye surgery were 1st I was scared of operation but 1ce the check up was done we felt happy due to doctors who checked the eyes and spoke so friendly like a brother dr. Prasanth who did operation for my dad and the operation was over within 20mints that was really amazing and by that day itself they sent us home this was amazing facility were we will not get it from other hospitals and now my dad eye his gud nd healthy lik before thank you Dr. Prasanth and staffs THANK YOU NARAYANA NETHRALAYA..???

I had to undergo a cataract surgery in my left eye. It was a harculean task for me as I am highly claustrophobic. Thanks to the Doctors and whole staff of NN that I got it done without any anxiety. They supported me in all the ways they could......right from the 1st checkup till surgery. I was made to see the OT a day prior so that I get familiarised and feel comfortable. The anesthesist held my hand throughout the surgery so that I do not become anxious while the surgery is going on. In addition to being excellent professionals, the doctor, nurses and the admin staff had a human touch and a personal connect for which they went an extra mile to make me comfortable through the process. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT experience and I would highly recommend this hospital.

The experience was amazing at Narayana Nethralaya when I visited the hospital for my father’s cataract operation. The stuffs were cooperative, Dr Prasanth was very calm and caring to answer all our doubts. The only hiccup we faced during discharge as one of the counsellor was in leave, the management should have taken care in a better way the situation, we had to wait over 2 hrs for the discharge, Ms Selvi was very helpful though trying her best to handle the discharge and counseling department at the same time but the management should have acted better when any employet is in leave.

Have been taking my mom to see Dr. Sherina Thomas for Retina issues. She has a history of Uveitis and we moved from a different city. I was skeptical when the episode reoccured in the other eye for my mom and I was in a new city with no clue. I followed my gut and brought her here, and boy I am glad. It's a neat and clean facility with approachable staff and very dedicated and well informed doctors who point you in the right direction should need be. It was a really great experience. My mom's eye is 95%healed now. Thank you Dr. Sherina and Narayan Hospital, Indranagar branch. P. S. We had earlier visited Dr. Padmamalini in the Rajajinagar branch, it was a terrible experience. This was a blessed change of pace! Thank you.

I had a good experience with the hospital my mother undergone her left eye surgery it was Dr. Prashanth who convinced by mother to get ready for the eye cataract surgery because she was losing her vision she was afraid of the surgery but the hospital authorities with responsibility done .the job now my mother is happy and recovering good thanks to all who worked for my mother eye operation and also a special thanks to all the professional doctors who made it happen and a privileged hospital.

Though the technology has seen a tremendous improvement over the years, it’s always difficult to accept the fact that someone has to go through a procedure in eyes.. when a colleague recommended Narayana Nethralaya for a cataract I read the reviews online and found mostly positive notes about the place. After the procedure, can’t believe I am writing my first feedback on how helpful the staffs were and especially Dr Prashanth. Thank you and keep up the good work you are doing.. Cheers!

Narayana Netralaya is recently opened in Indiranagar 100 ft road, Defense colony area, a multi story building with panel of experienced eye specialists to attend various eye related issues. The place is well maintained and being supported by well trained & efficient front office staff. Post Covid pandemic entire Indiranagar surrounding areas are slowly becoming Multi Speciality health care hub with various health related services mushrooming all over Indiranagar, Also it's being well supported by Karnataka Healthcare Department as well as BBMP office to provide all basic amenities required. Soon one can witness the world class health centers in Indiranagar ward

The tests done before cataract operation for my mother's (Shashi Sharma) operation were done very smoothly n very well n her doctor Mr.sanket bhatnagar hats off n he is the best doctor n he guided n did my mother's surgery very well n did the catract operation for both her eyes left n right in one week's gap n we had no difficulty at all n everything was taken care of n it is a great recommendation narayana Nethralaya hospital indiranagar n the staff is very helpful n the insurance TPA is helpful n counseling was done well please do come here n they will guide you well with the process.thank you narayana Nethralaya hospital n neat n clean well maintained hospital

My father underwent a cataract surgery here. The process is systematic and streamlined. There's minimum waiting time at every stage of the process. Staffs are very courteous and friendly, and they'll help you with any queries. They've the next gen bladeless Laser technology procedure and the surgery only took roughly 30-45 minutes enabling a speedy recovery. Our doctor, Dr. Prashanth is well experienced and answered whatever doubts and queries we had post surgery.

My father yesterday undergone a surgery and Dr Prasaanth was the Surgeon. Dr explained us the procedure well and made my father comfortable. He is quite happy. Counsellor and iPath also helped us with all the pre and post procedures. Only one concern is that i followed with counsellor to get the reporting time of the surgery day. It would be great if SMS also sent to the patient and guardian mobiles with the reporting time any other details. Overall we are happy.

I recently underwent my cataract surgery at the hospital. Doctors are very helpful and guide the patient very well. They do not force you to opt for expensive surgeries. My operation was absolutely painless. Post operation there was no redness in my eye. The staff is extremely cordial and professional. The hospital takes very good care of the patients. I also want to thank my counsellor Ms. Sharin. She is very kind and patient. I had way too many questions but she was always there to support me. Also discharge process is amazingly swift and quick.

I reported to doctor Prathibha Hande with a damage in my retina .I was suggested to undergo go a surgery for placing a flexo lense replacing my retina. The surgery was treated very well by doctor prathibha madam and now I have a better vision than earlier.This was a very critical operation with multiple observation which was taken care very well. Got PRP Laser sessions and Vitrectomy done by Dr. Prathibha Hande. Great doctor, very patient and explains the details, risks and benefits of every procedure in a simple way. One can easily sense the amount of experience and expertise that the doctor has in the field. Apart from this, she is a good counsellor and instills confidence in patients. The counselor Selvi was very helpful. She explained everything very clearly. She is an asset to the institution. General hygiene ESPECIALLY in the toilet needs to improve a lot. The helper in the recovery room lacks common sense and hygiene. She reused the bedsheet and pillow cover. Thats disgusting. There are lots of mosquitoes everywhere. Overall good experience with Dr Prashanth, the counselor Selvi and the insurance person.

Very good experience.Before coming here I went to a clinic near home. I had to take two days leave (plus 2 more days if I continued there).But here it was quick, in one day (roughly 2 and a half hours) I had consulted the doctor and got the scans done and was able to consult the specialist and also got my prescription. I am Very happy with the treatment.Surprising part is that the clinic charged me ₹500 for consulting and here it was only ₹600 and I got much better care and value of money.

For doctors will give 5/5 stars , But waiting time is for ever , i understand normal procedure and how much time it takes ,but with out any procedure for simple test we need wait for 4 hours , but worst (don't have more adjectives )management , receptionists and all the staff are very bad . please take better staff and teach them better etiquettes, they don't know how to convey simple message ...So have better management and hospital staff else it will be even more worst in future.

My father in law underwent the catract surgery here. When another hospital rejected him and said that it was risky, Dr. Prashant conducted the surgery very comfortably. My father in law didn’t feel any inconveniences. He is recovering well. The staff was very hospitable. The whole process was very smooth n simple. The rates are also very reasonable. This has been our go to hospital for our annual eye check ups. We consulted Dr. Pratibha Gande who is a retina specialist, as both my parents are 60+. She is thorough & patient. Would definitely recommend. We had also consulted Dr. Prashant for my aunt who had cataract a few weeks back. Extremely professional and experts at the go.

Good Doctors, but If you don't have Insurance you will be charged more, better compare the rates in other hospitals before you proceed I did my Dad's Cataract surgery here, they charged me 40 thousand for one eye and 48 for the other eye, because for one surgery where the insurance company was involved was less and for direct payment it was more, I don't know if all others follow the same, but I feel this is not ethical for a hospital of such high repute.

A one stop hospital for all things eye. A very systematic and organized hospital with facilities for eye testing, ophthalmology consultation and eye surgery as well. They also sell eyeglasses within the hospital. I went for a general checkup, you need to call and get an appointment. The checkup was comprehensive and thorough. The ophthalmologists are skilled and experienced. I would recommend this hospital for any eye related problems.

From initial eye examination to power check up and doctor consultation everything is organised. Happy with eye examination and consultation. For receiving prescription it took more than one and half hours. Seems this can be improved. Looks like from where it should have been uploaded was not done and atlast was suggested to go to counter from where it should be updated. If this would have been said earlier seems could have saved time
