My Mother is being treated here by Dr. Yathish, Dr.Dhanraj and Dr.Priya. Overall the interaction and experience of visiting here is truly satisfying. All three of the doctors are very genuinely caring and very calm and supportive for any questions. At the same time, they point out the necessity of any immediate surgery or treatment needed without delaying. I would say communication has been very clear. Our day during a periodic check up starts at 8:30 and ends by 11 so for people who travel from far like us, they help to accommodate the time in morning slots which is very supportive. We also saw modification done during this covid situation taking details of patients, sanitizing, the staff wearing PPE etc... I had an issue with my eye, I use a contact lens and due to dust accumulation infection occured and eye got swollen and turned reddish.Meet Dr Yatish .S Cornea and Refractive specialist. He treated me well and educated about the issue and problem solved in just 2 days but followed up as per his treatment advice for 4 days.After getting treatment feeling relaxed. the entire process at Narayana during the Pandemic was smooth and each evry staff were friendly and understanding.
