Gold medal in MS Ophthalmology from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Health Sciences. Areas of interest include armd, diabetic retinopathy, ocular trauma, retinopathy of prematurity, ocular genetics of systemic disorders. Also well versed in the latest state of the art imaging modalities. Proficient in handling medical retina with laser including rop lasers and managing complex surgical retina. She has trained numerous postgraduates and been thesies guide for past and present postgraduates. Also trained fellows in surgical retina. She also has presented in varipus national and international conferences. She also has various national and international publications to her credit and is peer reviewer for many international journals. She has also coauthored mant retina text books. She is currently a senior vitro-retinal surgeon in Narayana Nethralaya Health City, Bommasandra.
