My daughter was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease in 2015 and since then,we have been coming to Narayana Nethralaya every year for follow up’s. Did take a second opinion in many other eye hospitals in India and UK. Feel blessed that we chose the right hospital for our treatment .Dr Poornchandra with whom we have been consulting right from Day one has been just exceptional. As concerned parents, we too had our doubts & were apprehensive of the treatment. But Dr. Poornachandra ensured that he clarified our doubts & at the same time, gave us best possible treatment which was available. Undoubtedly, having met many retina specialists in India, must admit that Dr. Poornachandra is one of the best retina specialist In India. First of all, the hospital is organised very well for each of the departments. Right from registration to consulting the doctor. Staff is very friendly thus it becomes very easy to get things done. Have been consulting Dr.Poornachandra for my eye related issues and the doctor is very humble and has lots of patience. He is always ready to answer all our queries without being irritated though it is a bigger or a smaller one. Have been consulting Dr.Shruti as well for few of the issues and she is an elegant lady who has same level as patience like Dr.Poorna. All in all, have been visiting hospital for over 6 months for my surgery and my experience has been awesome. Would highly recommend people to visit the hospital for any eye related issues.

Have been coming from Mumbai every year to Narayana Nethralaya since 2015 for my daughter who was diagnosed with Stargadt's disease. Must admit that we could not have come at a better place for our little one than Narayana. Hospital staff are very help full they provide at most care Doctor PoornaChandra sir is really friendly Hospital canteen is really good Hospital also has a discounted Cafe Coffee Day. Govt Insurance like Yeshwaswini and Ayushman Bharath gets a discounted rates for operations and even consultation. The building is quite tricky we can get lost easily. If ur lost contact the hospital staff they will guide u Its way better than nethradhama and other eye hospitals….

We had been to Narayan netralaya we consulted Dr. Poorna Chandra, after checkup Dr poorna adviced us for operation which costed us 70 k after the operation we had again consulted doctor 2 day of operation after checking doctor gave us some instructions which we are suppose to follow up overall it was good, now waiting for results after operations as he has said it will take 3-5 days to get back vision
