It was a commendable job by Dr Prashanth at Narayana Nethralaya Indira Nagar, who performed cataract surgery in my right eye last year. I experienced good level of comfort during the surgery. I am happy with the outcome of the surgery that resulted in significant improvement in my vision. Procedures went well despite the fact that I was suffering from chronic non Granulomatous Anterior Uveitis for last 20 years and had undergone various treatment on few occasions. Dr Ptashanth & Dr. Pratibha Hande are dedicated experienced and were helpful in guiding me with right choice of procedures to follow.Their well versed team of support made me feel at ease. The rest is now in my hands. The hospital has a professionally managed counselling desk as also an efficient corporate desk to help and guide the patients. The hospital also has experienced personnel running with the daily chores. I would highly recommend this hospital. Narayana Nethralaya is an organized hospital- even though it’s usually crowded, things move in an organised fashion step by step, so I appreciate that. The staff are all sweet and friendly. Special shout out to Dr Madhumita and Dr Colin. They are thorough and very warm and welcoming. They manage to keep you cheerful in a hospital, what better way to treat patients. Dr. Colin and Dr Sanketh are very comfortable to clear doubts and explained clearly like what is what.Over all experience is good.Due to less no of doctors for the available patient crowd waiting time is too high.
