I recently visited Narayana Nethralaya – Bannerghatta Road with my mother for her eye check-up, laser treatment, and retina injection. Our experience with Dr. Subhashchandra was truly outstanding. He is highly knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the condition and treatment clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence. His calm and caring approach made my mother feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. The cleanliness and facilities at the hospital are top-class. The environment is very hygienic and well-organized, which is very important for patients, especially senior citizens. The hospital has a well-planned process flow, and even though there were many patients, everything moved smoothly without confusion. The waiting time and timelines were clearly communicated and maintained well. The staffs (Suma Mam ) and attendees were polite, supportive, and guided us at every step—from registration to tests and treatment—making the whole process hassle-free. The parking facility is also good and convenient, which is a big relief in Bangalore. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciate the wonderful service provided. Dr.Deepa R did the right eye Cataract surgery with prior excellent guidance and also giving positive explanations after the surgery.In addition to that while entering the Hospital on the first day for prior test itself one gentle man Mr.Venkatesh came to us and kept on guiding at every stage even after the surgery days also. Further Mrs.Suma, Councilor also guided / adviced on everything before/ after the surgery without losing the patience in spite of our repeated multiple questions.Hats off to all your staff which is very essential for any Hospital.Great management which is continuing.
