Had a great experience here. Had heard of Narayana a lot during my MBA days for their effective and efficient process and welcoming nature. Called at 8:15am, got a booking for 9 am and a detailed SMS which came with even a map location. Reached at 9, was attended to at the reception quickly where new patients were helped to process their registration in parallel to attending to others waiting at the reception. Moved through initial eye checks while waiting for the doctor. Had to wait very little for the consultation. Dr. Anupama was very welcoming just like other staff who helped me all the while. She explained about my stye and answered other general questions I had in detail. The pharmacy was efficient and immediately dispensed the medication as per my prescription. I was out by 10:30am. Shouldn’t miss to mention the well maintained facilities too. Thanks for the smooth experience.
