Visited the hospital for consultation of dry eyes and irrigation with dr. Anil Janardhanan . Firstly they are very systematic will let you know the duration it will take to consultation. We opted for quicker one wherein there is no need for dilation of eyes with drops but instead will do scan of retina. Everything is very orderly. The wait time was less due to this, we saw doctor he clearly explained the problem and root cause it's mainly due to screen time and how environment and other things that affects us and clears all our query. He is kind and polite and professional. Not only we were happy with docm we went on a rainy day and upon arrival of our cab the security PPL walked us to the cab with an umbrella what a kind gesture not only for us but to everyone who waited.overall.I am very happy with their service:)

We consulted Dr Narendra KP and Dr Aditi Anil kumar for my father at Narayana Netralaya Bannerghatta branch. They took great care in explaining his condition of cataract and also retina. No need of any immediate procedure for now and to follow up later after 6 months. Also staff at the counters and reception were very cordial and willing to guide us in the right direction. There was no wait time at any table.. Very systematic . My husband and I consulted Dr Shibi for general eye check up. He was very kind and explained the observations quite well to us. Dr. G.K.Venkatesh is one of the best eye surgeons we have ever met. My father is 90 yrs and had 80% “black” cataract. Dr. GKV and his staffs guided us seamlessly through the surgery process. He completed the complicated surgery in 40 mins. My father now has good vision in his right eye. We are now planning for his other eye in 2 weeks time. A big shoutout to Dr. GKV and his efficient staffs. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Narayana Netralaya and especially Dr. GKV for eye related problems.
